Expresses its concerns on the remarkable deepening of relations between Iran and EU accession candidate Turkeyappreciation for the efforts by EU accession candidate country Turkey as well as by Brazil to secure progress on the Tehran Research Reactor agreement proposed to Iran by the IAEA in October 2009; asks the Council and the Commission to discuss closely consult and cooperate withe Turkish attitude towards Iran with their counterparts in Ankara; calls on the Turkish authorities to follow the European approach towards theey which aims to facilitate negotiations between Iran and the E3+3 as well as with Iran and the Vienna Group; calls on the Turkish authorities to continue their efforts to find a diplomatic solution to Iranian's nuclear threat; calls on the EU institutions to do their utmost to sever the lines between Teheran and Syria, Hezbollah and Hamasquestion, which is the only viable option;
