Notes that the Agency’s annual budget for 2012 was EUR 123.950.2 million, in commitment appropriations (of which EUR 37.26.6 million was contributed by the Commisscame from the European Union) and EUR 97113.6 million in payment appropriations (of which EUR 30.6 million was from the Commissfrom other sources, including income from fees and charges (EUR 83 million), and that the implementation rates were 88.8% for commitment appropriations and 71.2% for payment appropriationsas 97%;

5. Is pleased that the Agency has set up a standard procedure for the ex-post auditing of accounts, but deplores the delay in its actual implementation as well as a number of gaps in its methodology highlighted by the Court of Auditors, particularly the fact that it does not cover public procurement procedures; calls on the Agency to address these issues as soon as possibleand calls on the Agency to continue to work towards an optimum methodology, in line with the Court of Auditors’ recommendations;
