Regrets that Member States have not yet developed a common European armaments and capabilities policy (EACP) within the EDA as foreseen by Article 42(3) TEU and calls on the Commission and the EDA to put forward proposals to that end; calls on the VP/HR to inform Parliament of the results achieved by the existing working relationship between the EDA and the Commission and of both with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation (OCCAR);
