Calls for greater protection and inclusion of persons belonging to minorities, including Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians, as well as persons with disabilities, by providing them with adequate health and social protection and care; urges more efforts to fight discrimination and antigypsyism; in this regard recommends that the rights of people with Bulgarian ethnicity in the Gora and Zhupa regions to be enshrined in law and ensured in practice;

Notes with regret that the petition of nearly 500 people, who have historically self-identified as Bulgarian, which was registered at the Assembly of Kosovo in May 2018, has still not been considered by the Parliament of the country; underlines the necessity for a ‘Bulgarian’ graph to be added in the second national census in Kosovo, set to be held in 2021;
