The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement provides for the establishment of an EU-UK Parliamentary Partnership Assembly composed of Members of the European Parliament and of Members of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which:
- may request relevant information regarding the implementation of that agreement and any supplementing agreement from the EU-UK Partnership Council, which shall then supply the EU-UK Parliamentary Partnership Assembly with the requested information;
- shall be informed of the decisions and recommendations of the EU-UK Partnership Council; and
- may make recommendations to the EU-UK Partnership Council.
The bureau of the delegation should consist of two vice-chairs .
