Regrets that in spite of the fact that 13 reasoned opinions were submitted and that the Member States managed to reach the yellow card threshold on the matter of creating a European Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Commission has decided to continue the project. The discrepancy between the reasons put forward by the different parliaments left the Commission unconvinced, which highlights the absence of interparliamentary coordination and the inadequacy of the procedure;
