Absolutnie nie zgadzam się na żadne zwiększenie limitów emisji. To niszczenie przemysłu, w tym wypadku przemysłu motoryzacyjnego oraz transportu. Podwyższając ceny transportu doprowadzacie do schłodzenia gospodarki oraz wzrostu cen wszystkich produktów, od żywności po kosmetyki i materiały budowalne. Nie ma no to zgody. Dość. Przez takie sprawozdania Parlament Europejski staje się największym wrogiem europejskiego przemysłu.

Unia Energetyczna miała być narzędziem obrony wspólnoty europejskiej przed rosyjskimi szantażami energetycznymi. Miała być zasłoną dla nieudolnych polityków krajowych nierozumiejących rynku i popełniających błędy przy negocjacjach kontraktów na dostawy węglowodorów. Nie wyszło z tego nic. Dokument który dziś głosowaliśmy potwierdzał tylko, że ten sztandarowy projekt UE staje się kolejnym narzędziem zielonej polityki, serwowanej krajom członkowskim w każdy możliwy sposób. Jednocześnie podnoszącej ceny prądu dla indywidulanych konsumentów. Głosowałem przeciw tym bzdurom, przeciw niespójności tego dokumentu. W jednym akapicie Parlament chce, słusznie, likwidować dotacje dla węgla, które zazwyczaj otrzymują najbiedniejsi, w kolejny chce te dotacje rozdawać w ramach walki z ubóstwem energetycznym.

Nowy podział mandatów w Parlamencie Europejskim, lista transnarodowa, nowy sposób wybierania kandydatów na komisarzy – to wszystko jest nie do przyjęcia. To pozbawienie resztek złudzeń tych, którzy uważali Unię Europejską za instytucję demokratyczną. Propozycje przedstawione do głosowania jasno pokazują, że Unia Europejska zmierza w kierunku zbudowania jednego europejskiego superpaństwa i z takim pomysłem się nie zgadzam.

Cały system handlu emisjami jest zły i powinien być zlikwidowany. Handel emisjami dwutlenku węgla jest tylko przeszkodą dla europejskich przedsiębiorców, a tym samym dla polskich przedsiębiorców. Stanowi dodatkową barierę dla wolnego handlu i nie zmienia, podkreślam, nie zmienia sytuacji klimatycznej na świecie. To tylko utopia, a miejsce utopii jest na kartach książek, nie w parlamentarnych głosowaniach.

550 zawodów jest regulowanych w UE. Czas z tym skończyć. Czas otworzyć pełny potencjał i dać ludziom wolność. Wolność w wyborze drogi życiowej. W czasach olbrzymiej konkurencji ze strony Wschodu nie możemy sobie pozwolić na sztuczne bariery ograniczające zatrudnienie oraz ludzką aktywność. Dlatego poparłem sprawozdanie posła Dantiego, jednocześnie mając do niego uwagi związane ze zbyt mocnym podkreśleniem spraw socjalnych oraz delegowania pracowników, które godzą w sens podstawowych wolnościowych swobód, jakim jest transgraniczne prowadzenie usług.

Głosowałem przeciw sprawozdaniu w sprawie zarządzania unią energetyczną. Pomijając zielony bełkot o obniżce emisji i kolejne odwołania do deklaracji paryskiej, która po wycofaniu się Stanów Zjednoczonych jest martwa, jest to sprawozdanie, które w swoich celach oddala nas od unii energetycznej.Czym powinna być taka unia? Powinna być dobrowolnym sojuszem państw narodowych, które dobrowolnie zrzeszają się, aby wzmocnić swoje bezpieczeństwo energetyczne i uniezależnić się od rosyjskich dostaw węglowodorów.Tymczasem zamiast informacji o nowych interkonektorach, gazociągach, naftoportach, platformach wiertniczych, tamach i fermach wiatrowych mamy bzdety stworzone w chorych umysłach frakcji zielonych. Dość prześcigania się w zielonych deklaracjach, zejdźcie na ziemię. Sprawa Volkswagena niczego Was nie nauczyła. Nie da się zrealizować zielonej rewolucji, bo nie ma technicznych możliwości, aby tak się stało. Ten dokument jest kolejnym przykładem, że nawet dobre pomysły nie mają szans przetrwać w UE.

Głosowałem przeciw projektowi tzw. dyrektywy kadmowej, gdyż niszczy wolną konkurencję w europejskim przemyśle nawozowym, faworyzując firmy związane z rynkiem rosyjskim kosztem firm europejskich. Absurdalne normy na ilość kadmu w produktach nawozowych nie są dostatecznie uzasadnione argumentami zdrowotnymi. Instytucje unijne uważają, że wszystkie problemy można rozwiązać według jednego wzorca: więcej limitów, więcej regulacji, więcej restrykcji i kar. Uważam, że cała dyrektywa powinna zostać odrzucona.
Conclusion of the EU-Canada CETA (B8-0141/2017, B8-0142/2017, B8-0143/2017, B8-0144/2017, B8-0145/2017, B8-0146/2017) PL
Wiele można powiedzieć o CETA, ale nie to, że dotyczy wolnego handlu. Cieszę się, że znikną niewielkie bariery celne i, że teoretycznie, łatwiej będzie handlować przez Atlantyk, ale to za mało, żeby poprzeć tę umowę.Jako liberał gospodarczy nie mogłem się zgodzić na utajniony tryb procedowania, liczne załączniki, aneksy i klauzule (również tworzone po podpisaniu umowy), utajniony proces negocjacyjny i brak szerszej analizy społecznej, ekonomicznej i politycznej nad korzyściami i stratami płynącymi z tej umowy. Konsekwencje ekonomiczne i społeczne liczącej około 1600 stron umowy są zagadką dla obywateli UE, dla państw członkowskich i dla posłów do Parlamentu Europejskiego. Drugim argumentem była kwestia arbitrażu. Pod żadnym pozorem nie można się zgodzić na to, żeby państwo traciło swoją suwerenność w zakresie wymiaru sprawiedliwości, to sytuacja typowa dla prymitywnych kolonii a nie dla suwerennych państw.W końcu spodziewane benefity. Komisja zapewnia, że ma być wzrost europejskiego PKB w skali najbliższych 10 lat w skali 0,5 % - to perspektywa w okolicach błędu statystycznego. Tymczasem około 87 % europejskich MSP, dla których rzekomo ta umowa powstała, nie prowadzi globalnego handlu i nie będzie czerpała korzyści z CETA.CETA nie jest umową liberalizującą wolny handel, ale narzędziem zbudowanym dla multikorporacji, które dysponują odpowiednim kapitałem, doświadczeniem i służbami prawnymi do tego, by monopolizować handel transatlantycki.

(7) A minimum Union standard of protection against certain manifestly unfair trading practices should be introduced to reduce the occurrence of such practices and to contribute to ensuring a fair standard of living for agricultural producers. It should benefit all agricultural producers or any natural or legal person that supplies food products, including producer organisations and associations of producer organisations, provided that all those persons meet the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises set out in the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC12 . Those micro, small or medium suppliers are particularly vulnerable to unfair trading practices and least able to weather them without negative effects on their economic viability. As the financial pressure on small and medium-sized enterprises caused by unfair trading practices often passes through the chain and reaches agricultural producers, rules on unfair trading practices should also protect small and medium-sized intermediary suppliers at the stages downstream of primary production. Protection of intermediary suppliers should also avoid unintended consequences (notably in terms of unduly raising prices) of trade diversion away from agricultural producers and their associations, who produce processed products, to non-protected suppliers. __________________ 12, producer organisations and associations of producer organisations. (1) In order to realise the objective of ensuring good functioning of the internal market, as an area without internal frontiers in which the free movement of inter alia goods and services is ensured, it is not sufficient to abolish, as between Member States, only State barriers. Such abolition can be undermined by private parties putting in place obstacles inconsistent with internal market freedoms. That occurs where traders operating iGeo-blocking is where traders operating or providing services in more than one Member State block or limit the access to their online interfaces, such as websites and apps, of customers from other Member States wishing to engage in cross- border commercial transactions (a practice known as geo- blocking). It also occurs through other online actions by certain traders involving the application of different general conditions of access to their goods and services with respect to such customers from other Member States, both online and offlinebased solely on the customer’s IP address. Whereas there may sometimes be objective justifications for such differential treatment, in other cases traders deny consumers wishing to engage in cross- border commercial transactions access to goods or services, or apply different conditions in this regard, for purely commercial reason on account of the scale or nature of the business.
