6. Highlights the reorganisation of Eurojust’s governance structure, including a clear separation of executive and operational matters, initiated at the end of 2018 with a view to comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council1 (the new Eurojust Regulation), when it enters into force in December 2019; notes that the proposal for the implementation of the revised Internal Control Framework should be adopted by the end of 2019 and implemented by the end of 2020; welcomes the efforts of Eurojust in promoting gender balance; _________________ 1Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), and replacing and repealing Council Decision 2002/187/JHA (OJ L 295, 21.11.2018, p. 138).
