Notes that the Agency is embracing digitisation in procurement and started implementing e-procurement in November 2018 with the launch of its first e-tender and that during 2019, the Agency has also started to use a new module of the e- procurement suite, e-submission; also notes that the Agency intends to explore further use of the whole e-procurement suite during the course of 2019 and 2020;
