Notes the implications of the Agency to assist the EU and Member States in facilitating travel and freedom of movement across the EU during 2020; welcomes its Aviation Health Safety Protocols providing clear operational guidance and risk-based recommendations for air travel; and calls the European Commission to cooperate and work together with the Agency to maintain an urgent alignment and coordination in Member States’ response to the current epidemiological situation based on an individual risk-based approach rather than the country-to- country approach and link to the continued use of the EU Digital COVID Certificate;
