Calls on the Vice-President of the Commission / High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy (VP/HR) to ensure that the upcoming Strategic Compass dedicates ample focus to EaP countries and that it is closely coordinated with NATO’s upcoming Strategic Concept 2022concentrates on the development of European strategic autonomy, especially in areas of cyber defence and countering hybrid warfare;
