Calls onWelcomes the Commission to intensify its work on credit intermediaries in order to ensure consumer protection and avoid mis-selling practices which are particularly damaging to more vulnerable popula's commitment to publish a study analysing the EU credit intermediation market, reviewing its regulatory framework and examining possible consumer detriments; calls on the Commission, after completion of the study, to examine whether a new European legal framework is appropriate in order to ensure consumer protections;
