Calls on sectors with a large proportion of SMEs to invest (or continue investing) in sector-specific forms of occupational training and retraining with a view to contributing to continuity in the sector; calls on sectors with no experience of joint activities in occupational training to initiate such activities so that they may themselves make an active contribution to overcoming potential qualification shortages on the labour market;
