Believes that the mere presence of a substance of concern should not be a blanket justification for precluding the recycling of waste streamsproduction and placing on the market of plastics products, as well as their recycling for specific, well-defined and safe applications, since this could stifle innovation and discourage recycling potential in favour of incineration;
