Is of the opinion that the Union and the Member States need targeted policies and investments to reindustrialise and re- shore jobs and value chain activities; points out that these policies and investments should aim to protect and promote, in particular, those sectors and jobs that are involved in protecting consumers' health and achieving the objectives of the Green Deal and in Europe's transition towards a circular economy;
