16. Stresses that the take-up of cloud services by the public sector has the potential to reduce costs for public administrations and provide more efficient services to citizens, whilst the digital leverage effect to all sectors of the economy would be extremely beneficial. The private sector can also take advantage of those cloud services for the procurement of innovative solutions;
