Calls on the Commission to review the Directive on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work (2004/37/EC) to enlarge its scope to include substances that are toxic for reproduction; notes that limit values on substances that endanger human health have only been set in a very few cases; calls, in the interests of workers, for the rapid implementation of REACH, and in particular for the substitueffective application of cthemicals that are especially harmful to human health substitution requirements laid down in Directive 2004/37/EC;
